That looks like a woodchuck one of legacys very early mills the controller and
motor alone would be worth $700 which I would buy I need another control
Box so if you need a drive motor for your legacy grab it . if your starting out
and don’t have a mill it would give you a mill to play with

Thanks for the idea on the xtream I just put one on order. It solves a
number of problems for me and my setup. As far as testing goes my
professional life is centered around product development and quality so I
am "trained" to continually try new things looking for improvements. To me
it is
you will never go back to the old chuck if you add the extension. Once you
get the chuck in its sweet spot you have a friend for life.
I got them on all my LOM"s

It's sure awesome your doing all the testing and trials. Like I mentioned,
most of us probably do not use the
plastic trips or the dust bag. But good to test and learn for sure.
Keep up the great content and testing Mike as it's super great to hear the
new guys enjoying the LOM's.

That router bit adapter looks interesting. I have seen a few videos online
that show that accessory in action. Also my thin stock design is the
problem. It is an upward facing V which is simple in concept but can catch
sawdust and force it behind the material. There is another thread that

Can you please post a pic of your thin stock support it may be the design you

I didn’t know that curt good tip as you know I cand get Dyna-Glide but what I
do use when I have finished
I turn the can upside down and give it a couple of quick squirts to clean the
nozzle this helps on any spray can to keep the spray working but on Dyna-Glide
I have no idea

I tested my new dust shields while making a new walking stick today. Here
is what I learned. Dust shields kept 90% of the dust in the bag which was
great. I also tried the rounding method today where you use a handle on
both the x-axis and the spindle for the first time. I had two issues. t

Thanks for the comments. So far I love the Triton router. It has been a
game changer for me relative to z=axis depth control vs my older router.
Not as loud as the older one too. Biggest issue so far is that it is
designed for table mounting so the spindle lock kicks in when fully plunged

Good morning.
I have had this happen before. I suggest to shake the can before you use it,
this helps to break up the sediment that is clogging up the spray nozzle. It
could also mean that your can is running low. I use Dyna-Glide all the time,
