You should be aware that LEGACY BACKUP isn't the same as COPY.
Legacy Backup Zips Up your Family File and all its associated small
files, into one file which can be saved to a CD or DVD. If you want
the file back, you do Legacy Restore.
So if you have 34 Family Trees, you'd have to do

and if that doesn't work you might want to try selecting the import from
legacy file option in the file menu and import your old legacy file into
a new one. This cured the 3167 error messages that I was getting.
