Is there an easy way to get the charts from the charting program to
appear in the books created by the publishing centre? Obviously I'd need
to keep them to the same page size, but they are so much nicer than the
standard reports ones. I realise I could just physically put them in,
but it would be
Are there any plans to add the forthcoming 1911 England census to the
sourcewriter? It's currently available in beta and will be launched in
the New Year and I just need to know whether to wait before adding
information, or use the old way.

Can I make a suggestion? It would be nice if the present tense could be
used for people who are still alive. For a couple with no children and
the 'This couple had no children' ticked, it says in the children box
** Had No Children **, and similarly on reports.
It would be nicer if it said Have
Paul,
I'd disagree because there are no births to be in the past tense, the
couple are very much in the present and will never have children so
'have' seems better but I can see your point. Maybe an extra wording
option on the marriage screen would be the way to go, then it could be

Another option could be to save it as a PDF then when you print the PDF,
use the 'fit to page' option. I think Adobe has this (can't remember, I
use Foxit as it's faster).

Some observations:
1.You can edit the b,d,m,c, by going to the appearance tab, click
box items then on one of the 'items to display' (say birth), and click
'Include label', then click 'custom' and enter whatever text you want in
the box.

I can recommend http://www.genealogyprinters.com/ and whilst they are in
the UK they do ship elsewhere. I used them recently although it
obviously wasn't Legacy Charting, I had to import into another program
and use that to get what I wanted, but Legacy Charting is the future,
I'm sure of that!
Well that depends on why you are producing the chart and who the
audience is for it. My mother was brought up only knowing her two
brothers who were from her mother's previous marriage, and not her
father after she was 4. If I produced a tree for her of her family
showing everyone she is related
I would add two, because it you were to find another occupation between
the two dates later on, and you add that in as a new one, then it will
just slot between them.
I've added loads for one of my grandfathers, many the same. The number
of times I have typed Sewing Machine Needle Straightner,
I wanted a specific set of photos in a book, so I created a dummy
person, added all those photos to that person then added the picture
scrapbook to the book and the photos showed as I wanted.

In terms of drag and drop charting, I think what is referred to is the
sort of thing that comes with The Master Genealogist V7 which you can
download and try for 30 days, which is what I did and found the charting
superb, and intelligent, and you can buy the charting itself separately

I must admit, I would like it if the standard windows open files dialog
