Ron, thanks for reactingI know that perhaps some of the files contain temporary info (e.g. what I entered the last time?). I also see that I now have more files than for 'older' databases for which I have only a .fdb, .FG and a .TC file. From the 'problem' database I have (next to these files)

Hi, I am using V5 De Luxe (Dutch UI) en have a problem when entering date Before 90. Entering 90 is possible (pop-up window asking if I am correctwhich I am), but 'Bef 90' translates in Bef 3090...which is quite a bit later. Any advice from the group? Rob Vader Legacy
