Mary, you might want to check out the training CDs for Legacy. I didn't get to view the one that might have that info yet. It's been too long since I reviewed the Legacy 6.0 CDs, but I recall something might be on there. I find that the CDs have tons of information to cover questions on

If you open the Family page for the individual, you can either click on the little note icon below the information filed, or click on the field to open the information page. Under Events/.Facts select Add, then enter Census in the event field. Enter the date and location of the census, then click
