Hi Ruth I might be reading this wrong but you don't need to download all the updates just the latest one. The last update contains all updates that have come before. Like other listers have already said I always download the whole file and reinstall. Too many people have had one problem

Joshua, This is the first I've seen an Error 5 while doing the install. The standard repair for this error is: Delete all .USR files in the Legacy folder on your hard drive. This will delete any preexisting user settings. The files will be recreated automatically when you re-install Legacy and
