It is hard to say for sure but I strongly suspect that your font problem
arises from the difficulty with the font setting screen. It is probably
that Legacy is not correctly reading the settings for fonts from the
report .usr file. The font setting problem is now fixed in the 7.5.0.154
release

I think what you are seeing as the second copy is the one in your sent
mail plus the returned email from the list when it distributes your
message. Most email programs put sent mail into a separate folder so it
does not show in the inbox. Gmail does not seem to segregate sent and

modified to suit your needs. Legacy has included a Census event that has a
set sentence structure Soandso appeared on the suchandsuch census in date in
place. (or something close to that) You can modify that
