That's because you have no existing 1940 Census data!
In a future update Legacy will take into consideration other factors like
this. I'll explain this in the webinar later today.

Geoff - awesome webinar today!
I have a suggestion for the census list tool, but will submit it the normal
route (expanding its capabilities beyond censuses).
I also would like to suggest making the exclude people who have a 1940 census
event already an OPTION. Here's where I'm coming from:
I
Michele,
If they don’t Start with then you could use Contains what ever data you
used for them, that is another reason for keeping them all consistent when
you do the entry. I usually start by going to someone who has the same type
of event and just click to edit the event and then close it. Now
Hi Kathy,
I am not LDS, and I have had a regular FamilySearch account for some time. I’ve
used it for, among other things ordering films to be delivered to my local FHC.
When I try to sign on to new.familysearch.org I get the expected ‘Your account
is not ready for new.familysearch.org’.
I may have misunderstood do you mean say some one has 1850 as a 2nd or 3rd
event? I just ran it again and many of mine have events listed before the
1850 event (some had a 1840 census event or Alt birth event) and it showed
them. So if you were having this type of problem then yes it has been
Yes! Exactly! That is what I was trying to say and I am glad to know it has

Yes, the window is maximized. It’s doesn’t appear that the text is too tiny as
it does that the box is too narrow in height. It was an issue some time ago and
then it got fixed in a subsequent update. Now it appears the problem has
resurfaced as I haven’t changed anything in my settings except
I agree that the bottom of the text for b, chr, death and burial is not
complete and part of the box does not show but I would not call any part

I have entered a problem report on the issue.

Thanks for confirming this Brian. This box does appear narrower in height than
