Hi Jane, Have you done a Check/Repair on the file? Did resetting the report options and starting again help? Is the report correct if you go to Report Preview instead of straight to rtf? Just trying to narrow down where the problem is. I've not seen anything like what you describe. RTF report

Kirsten, This is a known issue that has already been fixed by the programmers and the fix will appear in the next update. This is a problem with the program and not your actual data file. Only a handful of people actually have this error. If you would like me to check/repair the file for you,
