Barbara, Do you have your dates set to display as -mm-dd and 1869-05 means May 1869? That's a valid date. But perhaps the interface isn't reading that format. If you mean 1869-1905, then it isn't a valid date. You can turn on Date Checking at Options-Customise 5.5 and/or use the

Yep That's what I meant, But I didn't say it right. The 30 day reminder when clicked does an update that is pretty well transparent to the user except for the time waiting. I had to abort that update but want it back, is there any way to gi it a poke to get it to ask again? I know that I can

Legacy does not do automatic updates every 30 days, they are issued as necessary. The last update was 13 Jun to build 9.0.0.189. Do you mean the reminder to check for updates every 30 days instead. That is set in options 12. Other Settings > Section 12.5 Message Boxes. The update reminder is

Ian, There is no "automatic update" and it's certainly not on a regular time frame. Updates are released as they're ready and *you* have to initiate the update process. You may be thinking of the notification every 30 days to check for updates. If you go to the Legacy Home tab in Legacy, you
