Where is the "index"? If yo
you read.
If you wanted to send the report to a commercial printer you will want
to reset those options. For normal printing on single sided pages they
do waste paper.

BRIAN, YOU DUN IT AGAIN! Thanks, that was very obvious, I don't
start on an odd numbered page.
Indexes and tables of contents may have a blank page preceding them if
you have start on an odd page options turned on for those as well.

Can some kind person please explain to me why I nearly always

family squabbles, part of her ashes were buried with her husband in East

so how do you keep the same drive letter to put it on a new computer..
Mine is on a xp
used mainly for Legacy but is Drive F: on a second computer then Legacy
will not find the media when you are using it because it will be looking
for files on Drive E. instead of F:

Hi Lena,
It does not need to use
path when referencing media so the media references include the
drive letter where they are stored. changing the drive letter of the
flash drive will cause Legacy to lose track of the media.

I finally upgraded from L8 to L9.
I backed up Family and MM from desktop to Legacy Cloud and then restored
Family file from cloud to laptop. I liked that part.
I know of no way to
p your media set the default location for your
media in section 6.2 then you can use the Tools > Gather Media to gather
all your media into that folder. This will make copies of your media
files so the originals will not be disturbed.
