Thanks Cathy & Kathy for responding. I am seeing this in my alternate
names; 1) Search tab in the Family View, 2) Search Replace tab. In that box
is 1) Find Where, 2) Find What, and 3) Replacement Text.
Example of what I did that removed the space:
1) Alt. given names
2) Joao(with no space)
3) João

Where are you seeing this?
If in a Report, make sure you are looking at it at 100% or greater as at
lower percentages the space and even some letters may not be clear.

could not work with OH as an exact match is because the comma comes

Good question - I don't know. The programmers included all the fields
in the Search and Replace.
I would suspect that if she's not getting any replacements that
possibly she doesn't have the surname entered in the exact manner that
she's trying to do the search and replace on.
