The name of the funeral home is set up as the master source and current date.
It works for me. Plus it is a reference as long as the funeral home maintains
website.

I wouldn't use a Newspaper source for this obituary since you only saw a
transcript.
I'd make a Find A Grave source and use that since that's where you found
the obituary. Since it gives the actual origin, I'd include at the end
of the entry, citing "Title", Newspaper, date, page.
