I'm ready about the new imaging lingo and just tooling around a tadI

change the depth of a member some other way?
My guess is something along the lines of creating an image at a lower

If I use ScrnXtra to capture the users desktop, will there be a flash of

1) click http://www.mediamacros.com
2) click LINGO, then click BEHAVIORS
3) search BEHAVIOR NAME : STOPWATCH TIMER
4) click VIEW
5) copy and paste that behavior into a new script on your machine
6) change the exitFrame handler to read:

Hi list.
I´m developing a project for a customer, where they want to be able to
record sound.
We are using Audio Xtra. Everything works fine on Stationary PC:s, both
win98 and NT
But when tested on any Win98 portable it crashes when you instantiate the
xtra.
Weve been through the documentation
I'm sure David won't go to bed hungry... today!! ;-)
I was hoping the actual contents of the behavior would serve to "teach him
to fish". That's how I learn, anyway, by studying on my own what others
have done. But you're right -- maybe I should've left at least the
modifications up to

Please help me to save the user answer game status.
I would think that "setpref" and "getpref" are just excellent for this
particular use.
Another audio question...
I have been using SWA audio in this latest project. So far, so good.
However, I've discovered that MediaCleaner Pro will batch convert AIFF files
to MP3 format. This is much better than me using SoundEdit 16 to convert to
SWA maually (we're talking 2000 or so files!!).
Rob,
I happen to need the same timer feature. You are helping more than one
person with your answer so please keep up the complete solutions you include
in your answers if you have the time. Since I don't like having code I

Hi Pua
First of all you should put your sound file cast member in a
separate, shared CastLib
(this will be linked to all the movies in your project).
Make sure that the sound file is set to *loop* in the cast
member property box.
Then put this movie in the movie that you want to initialize

Why don't you download the 30days trial from Macomedia site.

I saved several dir movies in shockwave format.
