This note clarifies the PDF Xtra and Acrobat 5.0 situation (thanks to all
for the testing details).
While great pain has gone in ensuring maximum forward compatibility between
PDF Xtra 1.0 and all other required software, significant unforeseen changes
in Acrobat 5.0 on both Mac and Windows
