whomever is asking the question"
I don't think that applies just to Veteran Unix admins. 8-)

I'll add my 2 cents. Since Open Office is heavy on the Java part and
therefore cpu intensive, I wouldn't think it would be a good candidate
to run on the z platform. I suppose if you had enough ponies, i.e.,
mips then it could be usable.
I use it here but it's more to show that it will run.

We had the same problem when starting JBoss and then starting the apps
that run in/on JBoss. Once it got through the startup "phase" things
settled down and ran ok. We just thought it was the nature of the
beast.

I was working at a University data center when this happened. My boss

because of the death of HESC and partly because the industry was

Can I work on question 3 now? 8-)
I've reworded my question and have reposted it to the listserve group.
I'm even more curious now as to why it was added as an option
(CLEAR_TDisk) to VM.
No reply necessary, just sharing.

I worked with a young lady, fresh out of college, a few years ago who is

Let's take this in a different direction for a moment (a.k.a. OT)

I want to use the SWAPGEN exec to create a VDISK. To my knowledge, the
