I used to be able to view my lab results on the clalit site in Firefox
(currently - 3.5.8 on Ubuntu), because the picture menues worked. The
sidebar menu only worked in IE, so I was not able to change to my daughter's
account.

No, and I won't. The more we bend over backwards to support these
non-IE sites, the less reason they have to fix them. There is a
problem and it needs a fix, not a workaroun

What is even weirder, that IE 8 appears to not work too well on their
