Hi everyone,
Let's try to plan our releases during Luna . Here is what I have in mind - feel
free to say I'm nuts and propose a better one :):
* 2.0.1 release - our Kepler SR1 (August 28th?) - strictly bug fixing - no API
breakage.
* 2.1 - new feature release (Late November) - new features and n
Hi everyone,
So we are upto M7 now and some endgame items are pending.
* Documentation - Our web site is in git (in case someone missed that)
http://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/linuxtools.git/. I did some quick
changes to the N&N so newer news pages should contain only the current release
t is installed with the systemtap plugin.

We have a number of branches which we might not need anymore. What do you think
about getting rid of them?
Looking at
http://git.eclipse.org/c/linuxtools/org.eclipse.linuxtools.git/refs/heads I
spot at least:
* feature/autotools/autotools-to-cdt
* rdt
* systemtap-stabalize

Hi everyone,
SystemTap plugin has a bunch of code that does "recent files management",
workbench advisoring (views, sizes, etc.). Is this code relevant? Does someone
care about it? Ever tested it ? I'm not even sure that the workbench advisor
works considering the Eclipse 4 changes.

This commit really makes me sad.
Copy/pasting code is not the way to do stuff.
* We have shared bundles where implementation for such components can be put
* we have class inheritance so a base class containing the common functionality
with children for local and remote stuff are still an option
