Well We got the boat floating again and temporary plugs over the holes. The
good thing is that both of the pilings were actually wood and Sam's step son
was able to cut them out under the water. She is moved to a safer location
with the damaged hull close to shore so we can try to jack the hull
I have group legal so that should cover a good portion if I have to sue.

Wondering if the stern locker is full from the skeg breaking off and if the
water looked like it wasn't going down because it was coming from there as I
pumped it out. I guess I will find out soon. 2 pump should almost be
enough to pump the whole river out.

So not a good day at all. Got the 3 pump and managed to pump the hull out
enough to see not only the last thing I expected but the last thing I wanted
to see. There is a 4 concrete piling skewering my hull. I was able to
slow the water down enough that the sump pump is keeping it almost empty.

They make zigzag attachments for some machines. From what I have been
reading 2 rows of very long straight stitch would be about the same as a
zigzag when it comes to fabric strength. Most covers and things are
straight stitch. One thing I read said that straight stitch was actually

My cover on my roller furling jib started to unstitch from the sail.
Besides getting a very expensive industrial machine, what would the best
used machine be for this kind of work? An old solid metal Singer comes to
mind. Will something like that work? What do I need to look for to make

That is the opposite of what I heard. I heard on a lot of printers if you

I have to second that. I love my Kodak all in one. The transformer is a
separate power brick like a laptop and is 36v at 60w for the output. So it
might be possible to run it from a 12v source with the proper transformer.
I would imagine that the non all in one version doesn't need anywhere
