XSERVER=XF86_VGA16, but it complains about "No Screen found". In fact,
looking at the Driver section it says "SVGA". I even specified
X_MODE_0 = 640x480 31.5 640 664 704 832 480 489 492 520 +hsync +vsync

How can I enable printing from clients with locally running Firefox? I
tried installing both rlpr and pdq (small and portable printing programs
to replace BSD lp) in the LTSP-root. Both print fine from the command
line of the clients, but refuse to do so in Firefox. Nothing is ever
