Worked OK with the ltsp 4.1 2.4 kernel.
Tried a a few different 2.6 kernel cds via usb and they failed also.
Did not try a newer cd.
Most important of all works fine with ltsp 4.2 :-)

power. Some have bios settings that will do instant power off, but most
require holding the power button for about 4 seconds.

I'm running a monitor on my LTSP workstation that is 1920x1200. So, you
really shouldn't have any problem running 1920x1080.
and yes, the 'nv' driver module is included in LTSP.
To get all the features you want, you'll probably need to supply a custom
xorg.conf file that sets up the disp

I think the t5525 has a bios upgrade available on the HP website. check
that out. I seem to remember one of the HP units needing a new bios.
Also, what version of LTSP are you running?
And, do you have any other thin clients on the network that are working
correctly?
