I recommend "htop" and "atop" (atop needs patched kernel - openSUSE's kernel
is patched by default) to quickly find performance bottlenecks.

It works (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace and Ctrl+Alt+Fn is disabled) but _only_ on LTSP
server itself - terminals don't "see" these settings. What should I do? Which
others configuration files should I change (if any)?

have solution like this: Squid "knows" users (from entry in squid.conf) and
is using identd for recognizing incoming connections from different users.
The problem is: I don't know how to fire up ident clients on terminals. Ident
daemon is running on LTSP server. Can any
you for your answer. I thought about DansGuardian but finally choose
SquidGuard because of simplicity of configuration. Now I think I look closely
to DansGuardian.

feel that LTSP 5 is great, especially tightly connected with Ubuntu, but
