Hi,
some general questions about LTSP5: We have numerous thin clients and multiple
workstations. So far we use LTSP 4.2 to boot an OS and then use XDMCP to get on

one LTSP server on which everyone works. We wanted t

I patched my server with the latest updates which included patches for fuse and
now, local devices have stopped. I get the two icons which correctly identify
the usb flash drive and the 'extra' My_Floppy icon, but when I open the folder,
i see an empty directory with the size of the free space

I had the same problem. After frustrating events I quit developing LTSP-system
above Mandriva2006 and moved to Kubuntu. Please make some support page to

Hi,
The wiki contains extensive instructions for enabling local device support

Jason,
Well, I suppose anything is possible. It just depends
on your level of understanding in how to get it done.
I've had similar thoughts about hanging dumb terminals
off an LTSP workstation. You would need to setup
mgetty to listen on the serial port and accept a
connection. Then spawn log
Hello,
Has anybody can give me a hint on how to configure LTSP to support local
