Actually, you may experience a small delay of about 20-30 minutes before

There's absolutely _NO_ JavaScript there. Just Netscape is so stupid
that it can't show CSS unless JavaScript is on. It looks the same as if
CSS is switched off. That's Netscape bug. I just checked in Konqueror
and Mozilla with JavaScript off. Works quite fine.

I think it looks good but unfortunately my konqueror (1.9.8 under kde
2.0.1) fails to display it - the menu bar appears as a stripe
overlaying the middle of the page.
