I have installed lyx and wish to use some type 1 display fonts in a document.
Please would somebody be so kind as to either tell me where I can find some
instructions, or to explain how to do it.

I had to write a letter containing a table, yesterday, using
a font larger than normal. After highlighting the whole text
in LyX I selected 'largest' from the character layout menu.
All characters changed accordingly, but the height of rows

easy: \addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{References} at the beginning of the
bibliography.
BUT I use BibTeX, so I have just the button for "BibTeX generated
