Springer LNCS packages

Springer distributes the following files for use with the LNCS. How do I import these into LyX (current) so that I can write a paper in LyX but still meet the publisher's specifications? I have tried reconfigure, but evidently do not have these files in the correct directories, etc. BTW, the

Problems with numpad in 1.16

I just upgraded to 1.16. Now, when I fill in a table and try to use the numpad, the numbers appear in front of the table and not in it. The other keys are working normally. I'm running on SuSE 7.0 with kde2 and Xfree 4. The other problem is, that I can't get the point/comma on the numpad

Why can DocBook not be exported from ALL article styles?

Hi, this might be a FAQ, but why do I have to change my style 'article' or 'komascript' to 'docbook' before I can export docbook? Much better would be a standard export, in the same way as html is supported now. Is there a converter tex2docbook around? /Uwe -- Dr. Uwe Assmann

Hi Guys I've tried to upgrade to LYx1.1.6fix1 from ftp://ftp.sylvan.com/pub/lyx/ but there's something wrong with the RPM. I can't run reconfigure as either root or as myself. Nothing on my linux box has changed since 1.1.6. lyx LyX: Creating directory /root/.lyx/ and running configure...

Hello, after serveral unsuccessful trials I am in needs of a ispell.rpm (RH7.0). I ahve already had a look at the lyx.org and Kyvans rpm-store but didn't find an appropriate one. Is there someone on this list to have an idea where to get a rpm ? thanks in advance Thomas
