Package inputenc Error: Keyboard character used is undefined
It is repetative and shows up in all LyX versions and is not dependent on utf8
or iso systems.
The really strange thing is that it keeps multipling itself every now and
then. I started out with one
1.) I forgot the screenshots, here they are
2.) I see there were two new releases in between, I will try v1.4.1
(strange I just downloaded 1.3.7 a few weeks ago)

I clicked on add table of content, so lyx inserted me the table of
content. There is though a problem I cannot figure out how to solve it.
There should be double space between the chapter header and the section
header, but it is single space. single space between the section headers
is fine

I really appreciate the start appendix, but why there is not end appendix ?
The appendix is not necessarly the end of the document, reference is
usually is.
