I downloaded bibtexall, put it into the path and made it via terminal
executable

I am running Lyx 1.5.5 on Windows XP. When I set the citation style to
"Natbib" in Document Settings, then the sectioned bibliography seems to
work. But when I change the citation style to "Default", then two (!) Latex
errors appear: "No counter 'n...@ctr'
