yes, lyx couldn t find the style
i had to add concha.bst manually to the settings of bibtex bibliography as
it did not appear automatically
As I wrote in my first answer, you must add concha.bst to the local TEXMF
that was the problem!
i excluded \bibliographystyle... from the preamble and the bibliography
appeared in the pdf

I' am writing a text in German and using the bibstyle "apalike" in the
bibtex reference. It looks very good, but
the "and" between two authors ist not changed to the German "und".
What's wrong? I'am using lyx 1.16 fix 1.
