The Serial to WiFi bridge that I use with my 102 (and occasionally used on the Amiga until I got a gurunet adapter) is the WiModem232. It emulates a Hayes-compatible modem, but the uplink is a TCP connection rather than a phone line. https://www.cbmstuff.com/proddetail.php?prod=WiModem232 I

Not sure exactly what I get out of the Eneloops. Seems comparable to Alkalines. I go back and forth between batteries and the wall wart. Maybe others have done careful tests. A feature of the Eneloops is they don't lose their charge sitting around. So you can always have a set on the shelf,

Hi John, Thanks for the rapid response! Now that I think about it, I may have read that rechargeables can be charged inside an M100 if external power is routed to the battery compartment from the external power jack, and a charging circuit is included to prevent overcharging. That would require

This is very cool. Could you look a little more at the cards? Do they come apart to see the board inside? Is the battery permanent or a removable coin cell? Does the main unit with the sockets come apart to see that board? I love how thin the unit is. -- bkw On 1/10/21 5:25 PM, Steve Baker
