It could be something as simple as a CR vs CR/LF problem at the end of every line. mComm doesn't change the file when sending it. That's something laddieAlpha does do which I probably should add to mComm. Open the file with something like Notepad++ and turn on invisible characters. If every line

Greg, That's interesting that you had to drop the speed down to 300. I suspect the USB to serial adapter was not responding to the XON/XOFF messages from the MT before it over-ran the buffer on the MT. I have not run into this problem with the Windows version of mComm. The Android version had

Teeny can also be injected from mComm. It's quite a bit smaller too so it loads faster. I'm not sure why that error would be coming up with TS-DOS. Did you use the command "RUN COM:98N1E" from Basic? The dos injector uses xon/xoff so the flow control lines don't matter when loading. On Tue, Jan

Brian, I have not tried the cables you mentioned so if they work that's great to have off the shelf solutions. The problem that I ran into was that when the dcd was tied to dtr/dsr my Tandy 200 would not work. My Tandy 102 and NEC 8201a were perfectly happy with that setup though. I'm not sure

For those interested, I was able to get a copy of the NEC Personal Application Kit tape and pull all the files off. I put everything in a ZIP file. This includes the barcode drivers that somebody was looking for earlier this year. The BASIC files are saved as both ASCII and Tokenized BASIC. Enjoy.

Tom, That error is usually from a failure to connect. What version of mComm are you running? I have not played with the Bluetooth connections for quite some time so I will need to go and look at my notes. Some things to check. 1) Are you running the same version of mComm on the S9 as on the S5?
