For anyone in the future having trouble with installing Dropbox here
are a few more tips.
I thought I had fixed mine earlier but in the end it was still not sinking.
Finally it is now working correctly. Here is what finally worked.

audio games and such. But that wouldn't be the definitive reason why
I'd go back to Windows. Only thing will be if mac doesn't do well with
Blackboard.

Have set up my email account on the Mac but I'm having trouble sending mail. I
keep getting the message that my email address is being rejected by the server
I'm putting in the correct server settings so no idea what could be wrong. Has

If you're using a British keyboard then the pound key or "#" is typed with
Option+ 3. On a U.S., Canadian, or Australian keyboard It's typed with Shift+3.
But then, all we dollar users have to press Option+3 to get the symbol for
pound (sterling) or "£".
