I've been working for days on creating an outline. I'm working in Nicus Writer
Pro and am having a great deal of difficulty navigating the PDF help docs.
In sum, I am working with an outline list and the levels are defined correctly
in styles. Can anyone tell me how to promote and demote

Also, I've found that in the dock you can use Fn+Down Arrow to cycle
between the Applications section, the Folders section, and the Trash.
Fn+Up Arrow also works in the reverse direction. So this is a quick way
