Yes, they did, and the same caveats apply to them. You can move them into a
folder somewhere, but not delete them.

It is definitely tricky.
What I do is select the item I want to move to a new page. If I want to go
back a page I double tap and hold on the right side of the screen until I
hear the prompt to edit and then slowly drag my finger over to the left edge
I'll search for that. Thanks.

I did exactly that. I've never seen it so hard to move stuff, though. I did
create a folder, where I intentionally will put the Apple Apps. However,
the
folder is on page 4. When I hit that Pause for Page Change, what if it
goes
to page 5? How do I move it back

You can find an
double tap and hold on the app until you hear 3 ascending tones, double tap the
app and then confirm. Hit home to get out of this mode.
Take care.

Do I do all of this on the icon of the app on the main screen where
all the other apps are? And do I double-tap and hold, and double-tap
and hold again and flick? I'm confused. Thanks.

The process is as follows. Double tap and hold while VoiceOver is focused on

I will poke around a little more and see if I got it.
