Hi, I have never had an issue with GMail myself. LOL WHen I set up my Mac, I only received previous messages because when I deleted them on Windows, they did not clear off the server. Ever since I set that feature on the Mac, it works perfectly and it all seems pretty fast. I guess I'm lucky.

Hi, To have your messages displayed by date, interact with the messages table. Then VO right arrow over to the date column. Then press VO shift backslash. You can have VO display from newest to oldest or oldest to newest by pressing VO shift backslash again. FYI, this also works in iTunes

AFAIK there isn't a way to do it within iTunes but QuickTime Player can. If you pull up the contextual menu on a track in iTunes there is a 'reveal in finder' option which will open up a window with that file selected. From there you can do another contextual menu option to open with QuickTime

Carolyn, When I went to the Apple store for a demo and ended up buying one, the sales person gave me a set of earphones to use while he demonstrated Voiceover. It greatly cut down on the general noise yet I could hear the sales person just fine. Bring some with you or ask the trainer for a set.
