Hi,
As far as I can gather, if your device, either Mac or iOS, supports the HD
quality media and if you’ve purchased the HD quality media, that is the version
that will be downloaded unless you go into the Purchased area of your iTunes
Store. So, viewing of the SD quality version is fine
But how do you download the SD version from the iPhone?

Hi all.
I just discovered an odd behaviour with my MBP early 2011 running Yosemite.
If I unplug my external speakers, I have no sound. I thought it was muted, but
it wasn't. I went into system preferences, went to output and pressed downarrow
one time, then uparrow, and got sound back. Did this
Hi,
This is not particularly intuitive on the iPhone, but is possible. On the
iPad, if you go into the Videos app, then go to the Store, then access the More
button, select Purchased, then select your movie, you are able to choose
between both the HD and SD versions. This is not so on the
Hi,
This is not normal behaviour. Normally, when you pull out the plug for
headphones or external speakers from the headphone jack on the side of your
Mac, it should be silent for a second or two then change sound over to the
built-in speakers. the same will happen the other direction. I
Is there a way to transfer the iTunes extra booklets to your iPhone? Because
the only thing you can really extract out of it is the audio files. The video
files are extractable, but they won't play with VLC. I hadn't tried them in
iTunes.

Hi,
I haven’t done this in a while but when I did extract from the iTunes Extras
Booklet in the past, the video content was playable through iTunes on my Mac.
So, if it is considered video content, you should be able to sync it across
from iTunes on your Mac to your iPhone.

I tried to go to the iTunes Store on the Mac, look at a movie that I saw in my

Hi,
Not that I’ve been able to figure out yet. If you have the 720P version in
your Mac iTunes, then you should be able to manually or wirelessly sync it from
within iTunes on your Mac over to your iPhone, just not a direct download on
your iPhone.

Hi,
If it shows a price, then it likely will attempt to charge you. I wouldn’t
chance it. Do you have another one you can look at that is an original iTunes
purchase?

If you go into your iTunes Prefs, to the Store pane, check the box for showing

I wrote out some text, pressed CMD-A, VO shift M, add to iTunes as a spoken

It brought up iTunes and added it to the library, and played just fine.

Hi,
Yes it is odd, but, Apple seems to set up things slightly different in each
interface/environment. Like, on the iPhone, one accesses the SD content
different than one does on the iPad. Both are iOS devices, but, things are
slightly different. Maybe there’s a method to their madness,
Somehow, I kind of susspet that this is not a bug but was a deliberate choice
that Apple made.
