Switching Windows iTunes Library to Mac?

Hi, I was just wondering if it was possible to somehow transfer my iTunes Windows library to my Mac. I have an iPod Touch, and I would love to be able to sync it with my MacBook Pro, as opposed to having to turn on the Windows machine every time I need to recharge my iPod, or sync new music.

Hi, I just got a MacBook Pro about three weeks or so ago. I love everything about it, all except one thing. What I'm primarily using my window PC for now is writing papers. This is because I can't figure out how to change the spacing to double, and the font to times new Roman, and to size 12
