Your Macbook will be fine to get started with Pro tools. However here are some
things you'll want to know.
1. Pro Tools is not currently supported with Lion, so if you've got Lion,
you'll need to go back to snow leopard for the time being.
2. I'd recommend getting an MBox 2 which is

accessible, probably more fun and free, however it is less professional than
Pro Tools, so if you're looking for Album quality, you need Pro Tools.

Hi Ahmed,
you can press control+option with home to go to the first item in the table and
end to go to the last option.
If you're using a MacBook, you'll need to use fn+left arrow for home and
fn+right arrow for end.

to voiceover. Chrome is getting better but safari is just more accessible and
is still pritty quick and a lot faster than ie on windows, well ie8 anyhow.

The books you buy through Itunes are to my knowledge are audio books
from audible.
They get put in your audio books folder and cannot be read by Alex but
are usually broken into chapters.
