Just a word of warning to those who use Dragon Dictation on their iPhones.
Don't get the new update. The menu that will let you sms, email and do other
things is now completely inaccessible. If you cut and paste from the keyboard
function, that still works, but otherwise, it's broken.

I have been using dragon dictate on the iphone for quite some time
now. I do most of my lengthy "typing" with it. You have to work around
it's transcription limitations though. I don't agree with that it
won't let you say things it decides that you should not. It will not
ng this. I am off to get some rest.

Yes, the training was difficult. But I was able to get through it pretty
easily. The first couple of pages is the most difficult, but after that it's a
lot easier.
I only wish that they were more navigation commands. Apparently, with Dragon

Number one, I use Dragon with a braille display. I do also have the speech from
VoiceOver turned on. One of the things that is very helpful I think is that you
must go to the training that is part of the Dragon set up

I would like to know which version of Dragon you were using? I have Dragon
Naturally Speaking Preferred 12.5 installed on my PC, running JAWS 15. I am

Be careful. Dragon Express which can be purchased via mac appstore doesn't work
under Mountain Lion. Much to my disappointment, I had already purchased and

Actually Andrew, if you send an email to iTunes support explaining the issue.
Apple will refund. Just explain reasoning nicely. Many times if you download an
app that is inaccessible for blind people. Apple will refund.
