Hello Ben,
I have no idea where you can get an app for that. However, I am excited that
you joined. This is a great support group.

Welcome to the list, Ben! We’re so glad to have you.
I’m personally not aware of anything, but seeing I’m the one who suggested the
list to you, I wanted to at least extend my welcome.
Take care.
Chris.

Hello Brandt,
In Pages, as in almost all text editors in Mac OS X, there is a problem
navigating tables. What you have to do is to interact with the text area, the
body I should think in your case, and navigate just using the arrow keys. When
you hear Space, highlighted, open the inspector

Hello Brandt,
I use Pages on my Mac all the time. I'm a freelance translator and get Word
format documents to translate which I open in Pages. Then when I'm done, I
export back to Word.
You need a good knowledge of VoiceOver to be able to use Pages efficiently, but
it's easy when you know
Hi Anne,
I have a document containing my curriculum vitae (CV for those who do not
know), which I laid out in a Microsoft Word table when I first created it.
The table does actually not even show up in pages, even though voiceover
indicates that the document contains multiple pages.

Hi Sarah
To move a message to another folder, do the following.
1. Contro-Option M to bring up the menu bar.
2. Type letter M followed by E to reach the message option and press enter.
3. Start typing the word move, probably the first or at most first 2 letters
will get you there. VO will
I already know how to do that. that's how I've been doing it. I want to move an
entire folder of messages and I've been cutting and pasting from import to on
my mac. there has to be a quicker way though.

I'm not sure Sarah what you mean when you want to do this faster, but if there
are a large number of messages, you can use command-a to select them all and
command-c to copy. THen you can arrow through the list of mailboxes and once
you have interacted with the mailbox, command-v will paste

Hi Sarah and Les,
You don't need to navigate to the menu bar to move your selected
items: your context menu options will operate on multiple selections.
If you want to move all the messages in a folder, just select all in
the messages table for that folder with Command-A, bring up the
I already do that. I was hoping like in the windows side in outlook to move a

Hi Sarah,
I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the Mac. You can copy items (both
files and folders) from one folder on your harddrive, and then paste
them in another folder. I realize that's more cumbersome than dragging
