Hi,
To clarify, it's a three-finger double-tap on the iOS screen to mute/unmute
speech. Not a three-finger triple-tap. The three-finger triple-tap toggles
scree curtain on/off.

No, it is a three finger double tap, the three finger triple tap toggles the
screen curtain on and off.

The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries

You possibly touch the screen with three fingers when you were trying to get
the phone out of your pocket, if it happens again just do a doubled tap with
three fingers to turn the speech back on. If you do a 4 finger double tap on
the screen it’ll start voice over help and you. Can practise all

Was the phone still making the other noises associated with voice over? If it
said speech off then all you need to do is a three finger double tap on the
screen to turn it back on. It is not turning voice over off, it just muted the
voice.

And of course, that did the trick. There really ought to be an easier solution

That controls VO, not speech. Sounds like I may just need to unplug and
re-power up the Apple TV.

Hi
Just to add to what others have said. I would try toggling VO off and back on

when it is toggled back on it will say something like "Voice Over On speech

you had tried to have him do that first. Gigi is correct, it helps to keep your

Hi guys.
I also use the track pad. It's the same command as on the iPhone. With the

Keyboard tab I have the box checked for "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard
function keys". If this box is not checked, you would
