I cannot answer your questions really.
I do use the app and like it, but am so much looking forward to
BrailleTouch. It just seems to me the writing is cumbersome and, like
you say, strange at times. I do know that no, Grade 2 isn't an option in
TypeInBraille, and won't be for Brail

Sorry but UEB won't solve this issue. It only applies to English speaking
countries so the Europeans will keep their braille codes.
