So when I go to services and interact, the first thing I'm hearing is Manage,
that seems to allow me to manage my iCloud storage. If I VO arrow to the
left, my Mac starts making this dreadful noise, sort of like the one it makes
when you search in the iTunes store. That seems to apply to two
I'm honestly at a loss, as I've never seen anything like that. I'd suggest the
Find My Phone removal method I put forth in my previous message, as that seems
like it'd be the easiest.

Lol figures.. :) thanks for all your help, Alex, I really do appreciate it.
The device in question is already in Verizonland, so there's nothing I can do
on the device at this point.

Hi Daniel,
So I'm noticing. :) How do you do this? I actually did take a look on my IOS
device, and I see options for managing storage, but not for dealing with other
devices.

Hi,
It’s definitely easier on the phone, that’s for sure. :)
What you do is go to Settings/iCloud. Then, find where it has your name, and
double tap that button. Then, a new page will come up, and you double tap the
Devices button. At least, if I remember right, that’s how I just did it.
Hope
I reset my old phone at the Verizon store yesterday. But it's still showing up
in the list of devices.

Nah, that's no better. when I interact with Services, I'm immediately taken to
the iCloud drive area, I can't even see the About button.

iCloud, interacting with the Services Group, then choosing the About button
followed by the Devices tab. That may work better, I don't know.

Hi all,
Trying to remove my old phone from my list of devices, and not having much
luck. So far I have been trying to do it from iCloud.com. Is there a better
way to do this? If not, how do you do it from the website? I've selected my
old phone, and VO says remove Device, but when I press
Hi,
Try resetting the old phone to factory settings.
I did that Thursday on an iPad mini2 and it said this will also remove
this device from your account.

There's a services group, inside of which is a table of iCloud services.
Interact with that group, but *not* the table. It sounds like you're in the
table, the first item of which is indeed iCloud Drive.

Hi Dona,
Do it on your iOS device, trying to do that on the mac is terrible.

If you tab, that might work. I'm not sure why you're seeing that behavior and
I'm not. If you stop interacting once, does that take you out of the table?
I've never had a problem with doing this, and I've tried it on every OS since
10.7, so I'm not sure what other suggestions to offer. As
Hey Alex,
How do I do that? I interact with Services, and it seems I'm immediately taken
into the iCloud table. I seem to be able to interact with both or neither.
How does one just interact with Services?
