When VO says new group, hit the return / enter key and it should indicate
that New Group is selected. Now just type work, and the folder should be

Yes, I believe you set up a keyboard profile with key mappings for both Windows
shortcuts and Macintosh passthrough shortcuts. Then you associate a profile
with a set of Virtual machines.
So any change in the key mappings will effect all virtual machines that use
that profile.

Microsoft products. I regularly though not intensely use Microsoft on Windows
and MacOS and also occasionally bring up Pages. Some of your decision needs to

NO, the shift is required. I often tend to drop words when writing, usually a
quick read will show up my dropped word, but in the middle of a keystroke like
control-option-shift-F3 it is easier to miss. I am glad you found the solution.

The problem is that insert and jaws keys are not the same thing in laptop
layout. Laptop layout uses caps lock for the JAWS key, and but not and in
some cases also allows insert+somekey to match jaws+somekey.
But all is fixable with some effort since every jaws keystroke is
