I have installed SDK (scratchbox and devroots) on my linux laptop. N800 had devfs flashed to it. I understand how to build apps on laptop and push/exec on N800but I'm still at a loss as to how to get Opera back on device (and some other apps present on N800 from factory). I would think Opera

Hi, you do not need to have the service file for such simple testing. Just make sure to point the Exec to the application and then set the StartupWMClass to the window name (helps to keep it alive). Posting the full contents of the .desktop file also helps finding the problem;) --jakub
