No. That's not what cleanarch does.
To remove a list's archives, you do
rm -r path/to/archives/private/listname*
where listname is the name of the list.

and not "invite?"
I do not know if that is a site admin setting, but it seems to me it should be

viewpoint at a minimum. Who's to say what unscrupulous a-holes are ready to
take advantage of that ability.
