We are using Mailman version 2.1.15.
I have read everything I can find about filtering for a member of a sub list to
send to an umbrella list and not have it moderated.
However, it doesn't seem to work for me.
I was wondering if someone could comment on my setup to see where I might be

I have an umbrella list with 4 lists that its serving. Let's call the main list
MAIN, and the child lists CHILD1-CHILD4.
My problem comes in the form of permissions. I want members of CHILD1 to be
