MI-L ToolTips not appearing?

Has anyone had the problem of ToolTips not appearing in MapInfo Pro 7? The checkbox is selected for this option. The PC that has MI Pro on it is Windows 2000. The ToolTips showed up in MI Pro 6.5. Thanks for your info. Karl -- Karl
