said then. it depends on the Best Buy you go to. the best buy's in my
areas have several home decks and many portables. i hate to burst your
bubble but around here they have yet to eliminate either kind. >>

My concern isn't buying units or blanks, but rather getting service if some
eg concerts wont use an MP3 based
recorder (i think there is only 1 out right now) they will continue to use
DAT and MD.
