I don't think the ports are different, but I do not know that for a
fact. The easiest way is to measure them off the car (best if you can
find a set of each not installed!).

for my W108 is different than the one in the 107

Speaking of T34's - I saw what looked like a T34 with a turbo prop
engine in pattern to land at our local airport this weekend - had USAF
markings.
I got to ride in a T34 once in CAP - but it was just around the pattern once.
When I was in USAF field training, we cadets got a flight in a T34.

Hi,
Since the old IP in the 82 300 CD wasn't pumping fuel, I found another IP and
temporarily installed it in place. I was surprised to find that I could spin
the crank even though the IP was locked with the locking pin. The cams are
turning fine and the motor has good compression.
I have a vacuum line on my 79 300SD that came loose it is the 1 that hooks into
a tee and into the top of the white plastic prapotioning valve and runs
between firewall and back of engine . Where does it hook up ?

Many of these systems have a vent line into the (clean air) cabin.

That test may indeed show something that's broken, or it may cause
something to break. I'd be really leery of using the IP to keep the
crank
from turning.
Something's not right. If you

Probably to the main vacuum line -- there is an orifice in there, and
the valve is a bleed-off. Don't know for sure, though.

I sure hope they didn't screw it up!

Ford recently came out with a 6.4L powerstroke Diesel with two turbos, one
to increase off idle performance and the other to increase mid to high RPM
performance. That sounds like too many sensors for me!

There is no shock reservoir to handle the intermittent nature of
fuel flow. Aka water hammer. The 444's pipe off the far end is itself
probably a shock absorber. Stupid Ford, save $2 by taking it

Minor injector knock due to carbon build up will vanish with the diesel
purge treatment. If it comes back right away, likely it's more than
just carbon -- worn injector, carbon in the prechamber, low
compression, late timing, etc.
If it only happens cold and under hard acceleration before
